Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret data from various internal and external sources.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of databases and data pipelines.
- Generate regular reports and visualizations (dashboards) to support business decision-making.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in datasets to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
- Participate in data audits and quality assurance processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong analytical mindset with a demonstrated passion for problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling).
- Basic understanding of SQL or Python (training provided for the right candidate).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to relocate to New Orleans, Louisiana (Relocation assistance is available).
