Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets to ensure high data quality for analysis.
- Assist in the design and creation of interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand data requirements and reporting needs.
- Document data processes and maintain clear, up-to-date data dictionaries.
- Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or willingness to learn query writing.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors in large datasets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts simply.
- A passion for problem-solving and continuous learning.
