Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Develop clear, concise, and data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and requirements.
- Perform data quality checks and ensure data integrity across all reporting systems.
- Assist in the maintenance and optimization of our data warehouse and reporting pipelines.
- Communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Familiarity with SQL and basic programming concepts (Python or R is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) is required.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Basic understanding of statistical concepts and data modeling principles.
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and data analysis tools.
