Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleansing: Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure high-quality input for analysis and reporting.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform complex statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business growth.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards (using Tableau or Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Business Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports that summarize findings and provide actionable recommendations to the management team.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and operations teams to understand data needs and translate complex data into clear business language.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current data processes and propose automated solutions to streamline workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, and stored procedures) and strong knowledge of Excel.
- Visualization Tools: Demonstrated experience creating data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Programming: Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences clearly and effectively.
