We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team in Baton Rouge, LA. In this Direct Hire position, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Marketing, and Operations, to understand business requirements and data needs.
- Perform statistical analysis to support A/B testing, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Document data pipelines and analytical methodologies to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Identify and mitigate data quality issues to ensure the accuracy and integrity of reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with 3+ years of professional experience.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting data.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik) is required.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
