As a Data Analyst, you will bridge the gap between data and decision-making. You will work closely with leadership to translate raw data into actionable insights, ensuring our strategies are backed by solid evidence.
Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating technical findings into business language.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and recommend data-driven solutions to the management team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
