- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis and data mining to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that drive business growth.
- Visualization & Reporting: Create compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and executive summaries using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and operational processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains by analyzing workflow data.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases; strong experience with Python or R for data manipulation; advanced Excel skills.
- Visualization Tools: Demonstrated experience creating dashboards in Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data findings into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data accuracy and quality control.
