Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact business performance.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to translate business questions into data queries.
- Perform data cleaning and preprocessing to ensure the accuracy and integrity of reporting.
- Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to support product improvements and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large databases.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Advanced knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
