- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to communicate data findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define questions, analyze data, and develop solutions that address business needs.
- Perform statistical analysis and data mining to support strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
- Create comprehensive reports and executive summaries to track KPIs and business performance.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise business recommendations.
