As a Data Analyst at Apex, you will be responsible for turning raw data into actionable insights that drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with our executive team to identify trends, forecast performance, and optimize operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive analysis of complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and business metrics.
- Write efficient SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data.
- Present findings to senior management in a clear, actionable format.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas/NumPy).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced NYC environment.
