Responsibilities
- Analyze healthcare operational data using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for real-time performance monitoring
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to deliver daily KPI insights to stakeholders
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and process improvements
- Present findings to clinical leadership through clear visualizations and narrative summaries
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control protocols
- Collaborate with IT to integrate new data sources and enhance analytical capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on data analysis experience with healthcare data preferred
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Expert knowledge of visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics, AWS Data Analytics) preferred
- Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision in fast-paced environments
