Key Responsibilities:
- Extract, clean, and transform large, complex datasets to support business decision-making.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to translate data into clear, compelling narratives.
- Automate reporting workflows to reduce manual effort and increase accuracy.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide real-time insights to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience with SQL for database querying and data manipulation.
- Proficiency in Python or R for advanced data analysis.
- Strong command of visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with tight deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for on-site data audits (if applicable).
