Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform raw data sets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and insights that influence business strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical solutions.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and growth opportunities.
- Identify process improvements and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Strong skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data quality and accuracy.
