Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, and Excel to track KPIs.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Create regular performance reports for executive leadership to support decision-making processes.
- Identify process improvements by analyzing internal business requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying, extraction, and manipulation.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication skills to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
- Experience with Python or R is a plus.
