Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to gather data requirements and translate business needs into data solutions.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all data sources through rigorous testing and validation.
- Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Optimize data workflows and automate manual processes to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
