Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Cleaning: Gather and clean large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business strategy.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize data pipelines and improve overall data governance and quality.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the product and engineering teams to define data requirements and support new feature development.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Strong query writing skills), Python, or R.
- Tools: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excel: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
