Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights
- Develop interactive dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and KPIs
- Design and implement automated reporting systems to track performance metrics
- Present findings to leadership teams through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Optimize data collection processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling and A/B testing experience
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing
