Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and patterns that drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain complex data models, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to translate data requirements into analytical solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to predict market trends and optimize performance.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear reports and presentations.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency based on data insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker is highly preferred).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights effectively to all levels of the organization.
