The Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. You will be responsible for collecting, processing, and performing statistical analyses on large datasets to help drive strategic decision-making for our clients. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and data models to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Visualize complex data sets using Tableau and Power BI to create interactive dashboards for stakeholders.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure data quality standards.
- Prepare and present clear, concise reports and summaries of analytical findings to management.
- Optimize data pipelines to improve processing speed and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, stored procedures, and indexing).
- Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and Macros.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical data into business insights for non-technical audiences.
