Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, validate, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to monitor KPIs and track business performance in real-time.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and trend forecasting to support strategic planning and operational efficiency.
- Report Generation: Create clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating complex data into understandable insights.
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in data workflows and implement automated solutions to increase productivity.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, marketing teams, and executives to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Database Management: Utilize SQL to query databases, extract specific data points, and maintain data integrity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions).
- Visualization: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Programming: Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and statistical modeling is a strong plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to spot errors, outliers, and inconsistencies in data.
