Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets to identify business trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to support data-driven decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through rigorous testing and validation procedures.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate findings effectively.
- Optimize data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large databases.
- Strong scripting skills in Python or R for data analysis and automation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
