Responsibilities
- Design and implement data collection systems from primary/secondary sources
- Perform statistical analysis and interpret complex datasets
- Create compelling visualizations using Tableau/Power BI

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and R
- Advanced Excel skills with VBA knowledge
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
