Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and perform statistical analysis on large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Develop, maintain, and create interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and presentations.
- Perform data cleaning and validation to ensure the integrity and accuracy of our reporting systems.
- Identify gaps in data collection and propose solutions to improve data quality and reporting efficiency.
- Forecast future trends and provide recommendations based on historical data analysis.
- Document data processes and analytical methodologies to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting data.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
