Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and statistical modeling to support critical business decisions.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
- Extract, clean, and validate data from multiple sources using SQL and Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to stakeholders through clear, concise presentations and written reports.
- Automate data processes to improve workflow efficiency and data accuracy.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with data warehousing concepts.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data for non-technical audiences.
