Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive analyses on complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) in real-time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and translate business needs into analytical models.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and prepare data for reporting.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, persuasive format.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
