Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover actionable insights, trends, and patterns that drive business growth.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define data requirements and key performance indicators.
- Perform rigorous data cleaning, validation, and transformation to ensure high data quality and integrity.
- Develop statistical models and forecasting tools to support long-term strategic planning.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership in clear, concise, and non-technical formats.
- Document data processes, methodologies, and business requirements for team reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and complex querying.
- Strong visualization skills in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Index/Match, Macros).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
