Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop visualizations: Create interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to present findings to stakeholders.
- SQL & Data Mining: Write and optimize SQL queries to extract data from various sources and databases.
- Collaborative Problem Solving: Partner with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and solve complex business problems.
- Statistical Modeling: Apply statistical techniques to forecast trends and evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data pipelines, methodologies, and analytical models.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python or R.
- Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excel Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Albuquerque, NM (Relocation assistance provided).
