Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale financial datasets to identify trends and generate performance reports
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data pipelines and ETL processes
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical modeling to optimize product features
- Present findings to cross-functional teams using clear visual storytelling
- Maintain data quality standards through rigorous validation protocols
- Drive data-driven decision-making across product and marketing divisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of statistical methodologies and hypothesis testing
- Python programming skills (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights
- Experience with financial datasets preferred
