Responsibilities
- Lead Data Strategy: Design and implement complex data models and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Visualize Insights: Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- SQL Mastery: Write optimized, complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets from various sources.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, marketing, and executive teams to identify data-driven opportunities and solve business problems.
- A/B Testing: Design and analyze A/B tests to validate product changes and marketing campaigns, ensuring data-backed decision-making.
- Data Governance: Establish and maintain data quality standards and documentation to ensure data integrity across the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation and analysis.
- Visualization: Strong experience creating dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, AWS Redshift) and version control systems (Git).
