- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to deliver real-time KPI monitoring across business units
- Collaborate with product teams to conduct A/B tests and optimize user experience based on data insights
- Present findings to leadership through concise data narratives and executive summaries
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation protocols and documentation standards
- Identify process improvement opportunities through root cause analysis of data discrepancies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Expertise in statistical analysis techniques and experimental design
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights into actionable recommendations
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI (or equivalent BI platform)
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Portfolio demonstrating data storytelling and complex problem-solving examples
