Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards using SQL and visualization tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Design and implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Optimize data collection processes and improve existing analytics workflows
- Support A/B testing initiatives and measure campaign performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data manipulation
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven recommendations
