Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and opportunities
- Create compelling data visualizations with Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting dashboards to track KPIs and business performance
- Partner with product teams to conduct A/B tests and derive user behavior insights
- Present findings to leadership through clear, concise data narratives
- Implement data quality frameworks to ensure accuracy and consistency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Exceptional communication skills translating technical insights to non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data projects and visualizations
