Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance backend services using Python, Java, or Node.js
- Optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) for 24/7 scalability and reliability

- Troubleshoot complex production issues with real-time monitoring tools
- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences
- Document technical specifications and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript)
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and cloud platforms
- Proficiency with Git, Docker, and container orchestration
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, night-shift environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
