Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI) to visualize complex data for stakeholders.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements and deliver high-quality reporting.
- Optimize SQL queries and data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and system performance.
- Present findings and recommendations to management in clear, concise, and compelling formats.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
