Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership, translating technical findings into business recommendations.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements and solve complex business problems.
- Optimization: Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to improve operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases; experience with Python or R is highly preferred.
- Visualization: Expert knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
