Responsibilities

- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical modeling to validate product hypotheses
- Document data processes and maintain data integrity across multiple platforms
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven SQL proficiency
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical analysis and hypothesis testing skills
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R for data manipulation
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data for non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) data services
