Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop predictive models to forecast market trends and customer behavior
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data narratives and reports
- Maintain data quality pipelines and ensure integrity of analytics infrastructure

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R for statistical modeling
- Advanced experience with Tableau or Power BI visualization tools
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and experimental design
