Responsibilities
- Design and implement data collection systems and infrastructure to optimize data accessibility and utility
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to identify trends and opportunities
- Create compelling visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting dashboards to track KPIs and business performance metrics
- Collaborate with product teams to define data requirements and analytics frameworks
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot data discrepancies across multiple sources
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis methodologies and data modeling
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business strategies
