Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities using SQL, Python, and BI tools
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to improve data accessibility and decision-making
- Present findings to leadership with actionable recommendations to drive business strategy
- Maintain data integrity and implement data governance best practices
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests and troubleshoot data discrepancies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and statistical analysis
- Expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and/or R for data manipulation
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Experience with A/B testing and experimental design methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects
