Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and statistical methods
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize KPIs and business metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Develop automated reporting systems to track performance metrics and deliver real-time analytics
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation, cleaning, and documentation processes

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL with ability to write complex queries and optimize database performance
- Strong skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
