Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop automated reporting systems to streamline data delivery across departments
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate business hypotheses
- Present findings to leadership teams with actionable recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality control processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expert knowledge of Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and experimental design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data manipulation
