Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting dashboards to track KPIs and business metrics
- Collaborate with product teams to design data-driven experiments and A/B tests
- Present findings to senior leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
- Maintain data integrity across multiple databases and ETL processes
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests for sales, marketing, and operations teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas and pivot tables
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven ability to translate technical findings into business insights
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and experimental design
