Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data pipelines using SQL and Python to ensure clean, accessible datasets
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI for stakeholder decision-making
- Analyze complex datasets to identify market trends, customer behavior patterns, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Develop predictive models to forecast sales, customer retention, and operational efficiency
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data storytelling and visualization
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio of projects
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in deadline-driven environments
