Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with SQL and data visualization tools
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for statistical analysis
- Demonstrated experience with A/B testing methodologies
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into strategy
- Certification in Google Analytics or AWS Data Analytics preferred
