Responsibilities
- Design and implement ETL pipelines to collect, clean, and transform complex datasets
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs and trends
- Analyze customer behavior data to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytical requirements and deliverables
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives
- Develop automated reporting systems to track business performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and experimental design
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
