Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and validate large sets of raw data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business strategy.
- Visualization: Create compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to make complex data accessible to stakeholders.
- Forecasting: Develop predictive models to forecast future trends and assist in resource planning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data pipelines, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (querying and database management) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable business insights.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
