Responsibilities
- Analyze complex healthcare datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources
- Collaborate with clinical teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Present findings to leadership through clear, concise reports and data visualizations
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation practices
- Stay current with industry trends in healthcare analytics and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R preferred)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with hypothesis testing
- Healthcare industry experience highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Azure) a plus
