Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large sets of data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and aggregate data from various databases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations to management through clear, concise reports and presentations.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to support product and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server) and experience with query optimization.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expert-level skills in data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
