- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to support executive decision-making
- Develop SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance analytics
- Implement data quality checks and ensure accuracy of all reporting outputs
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data narratives and visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience in financial services
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and modeling capabilities
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data to non-technical audiences
- Experience with A/B testing and experimental design
