Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of statistical modeling techniques
- Ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical audiences
- Experience with healthcare data preferred
